ABOUT

I am a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist and am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have over 20 years of experience working with clients of all ages and offer a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Client-Centered, Strengths-Based, Grief Therapy, and Life Transitions.

I provide individual therapy sessions and my work is focused on the development of practical skills that can help my clients better manage stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and unhealthy relationships. By identifying your triggers, patterns of behavior, and the barriers that keep you from being the healthiest version of yourself, together we can create goals that are realistic, manageable, and achievable. Let’s work together to develop a plan of action that begins with your level of readiness and willingness to change that which is not in your best interest.
